Who is Twin Bridges Run Coaching for?
Twin Bridges run coaching service is not a performance based coaching service but rather is for:
- Runners looking to return to running following an injury and reduce the risk of getting reinjured.
- Runners looking to maintain their current level of running or increase their volume and remain injury free/reduce their risk of getting injured.
- New runners looking to start a regular running program, train for their first race, etc and reduce their risk of getting injured.
What does Twin Bridges Run Coaching include?
Twin Bridges Run Coaching provides the runner with four week training blocks. Each four week training block will include an individualized training plan that includes run workouts, strength/mobility workouts, cross training work outs and rest/recovery days. Each week will be built around the runners personal schedule and will be tailored to their personal needs so as to address biomechanical issues, muscular weaknesses/imbalances and to improve their overall fitness and load/volume tolerance.
What does Twin Bridges Run Coaching Cost?
The cost of this service is $195 per 4 week block and includes the following:
- Weekly workouts including runs and strength/mobility and running drills.
- Communication twice/week via email to address concerns and or questions around the training plan or to make potential modifications as needed.
- Communication once every two weeks via skype/facetime or phone as needed to further address any concerns, questions or modifications that may need to be made to the training plan.
